If you are messaged by someone you don't want to talk to, you can ignore them. Or you could block them, if they stop getting annoying or start sending you messages that you don't want.

How to Block Someone on Kik Using Chat List
Blocking someone on Kik Messenger is easy. In order to block someone on Kik you must go to your chat list. After going to your chat list, find the person you want to block. Click on their display name, tap on the more icon and then select Block.
How to Block Someone on Kik Using Block List
There is also a block list which you can use to block other people. To find the block list: tap Settings, then go to Privacy, and select the Block List option. Tap the plus or + button and tap the Block button on the person you want to block.
